Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I am married to my beautiful wife, Paula, and have three awesome adult children and seven grandchildren. I grew up near Cleveland, Ohio and spent a few years in Texas before joining the U.S. Army. After a short stint at Fort Carson, Colorado, I decided to make Colorado Springs my new home. I met Jesus Christ in 1983 and have been following him ever since.

How long have you worked at Fix My Blinds?

Since the beginning. The company started in 1995 as an in-home repair service.

What do you like most about working here?

I like the people who work here, and I like the feeling of being a part of something that gives satisfaction to our customers. People are usually very surprised and happy that our service is available. It is very satisfying to be a part of the business since the inception of the idea.

What are three words you would use to describe yourself?

Idealistic, harmonious, unconventional.

What is your favorite thing about Colorado?

No mosquitoes, low humidity, and the mountains.

What is on your bucket list?

Visit New England in the fall. Go bass fishing in Texas, Florida, the Carolinas, and California. Put some of my story and experiences down on paper. Take an Alaskan Cruise.

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be? Why?

I would love to return to Branson, Missouri to fish at Table Rock Lake again. Can you tell that I like to fish?

What are some special talents/fun hobbies you have?

I love taking my boat out and fishing. I really like to travel to new places and experience new things. I like watching baseball and football. I love spending time with family and friends.
